Joining lines without losing paragraphs

The common problem is text where every visual line ends in a hard line break — typical of PDF and email copy — so the words don't reflow when you paste them. Removing the breaks joins it back into continuous text. By default each newline is replaced with a space so words don't run together, but you can replace with nothing (useful for rejoining data) and collapse any resulting double spaces. The keep-paragraphs option is the important one: it removes single line breaks within a paragraph but preserves the blank lines between paragraphs, so your structure survives. It handles both Windows and Unix newline styles, and can optionally rejoin words hyphenated across a line break. Everything runs locally in your browser.
