Fast, Secure Excel to PDF Conversion

Transform your Microsoft Excel spreadsheets into professional, easy-to-share PDF documents directly from your browser. Unlike other tools that upload your sensitive financial or personal data to a remote server, our Excel to PDF converter runs entirely on your device using advanced client-side technology. This ensures your data never leaves your computer, providing 100% privacy and security.

Whether you are working with complex financial reports, simple data lists, or invoices, our tool preserves formatting and gives you granular control over the final output. You can adjust page orientation, set custom margins, headers, and footers, and even choose to merge multiple sheets into a single document or download them as a ZIP archive.

How to Use

Follow these simple steps to convert your Excel files:

  • Upload Files: Drag and drop your .xls or .xlsx files into the upload zone, or click the button to select them from your device.
  • Select Sheets: Once loaded, use the sidebar to check the specific sheets you want to include in the PDF. Unchecked sheets will be ignored.
  • Customize Layout: Use the controls to set paper size (A4, Letter), orientation (Portrait, Landscape), and margins.
  • Preview: The central preview area shows you exactly how your data will look. Use the page navigation arrows to flip through the content.
  • Download: Click the "Download PDF" button. If you selected "Merge," you'll get one file. If "Separate," you'll get a ZIP file.
Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data safe?
Yes, absolutely. All conversion happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. We do not store, view, or upload your files to any server. Your privacy is our top priority.

Can I convert multiple Excel files at once?
Currently, you can upload one workbook containing multiple sheets. You can select which sheets to include and merge them into a single PDF or keep them separate. Support for batch uploading multiple workbook files is coming in the next update.

Why does the formatting look slightly different?
Excel uses a dynamic grid system, while PDF is a fixed-layout format. We do our best to map columns to the page width based on your "Scaling" selection. Using "Fit to Width" usually provides the best results for wide spreadsheets.
