Turn spreadsheets into PDFs without cutting off columns
Excel to PDF converts your XLSX or XLS spreadsheets to PDF in your browser. Pick which sheets to include, fit the columns to the page so nothing is cut off, add a header or footer, and download — as one merged file or a ZIP. Your data is never uploaded.
Drop in your .xlsx or .xls files and each workbook's sheets appear as a checklist. Tick only the sheets you actually need — a year-end workbook might have a dozen tabs when you only want two. A live preview shows how each sheet will look, with page navigation so you can check before exporting.
The layout panel is where the cut-off problem gets solved. Scaling offers Fit to Page Width, which keeps your columns together and flows extra rows onto more pages, or 100%, which keeps the true size and spreads a wide sheet across multiple pages. Combine that with Landscape orientation and Narrow margins for wide tables. You can also set the page size (A4, Letter, or Legal) and add a header and footer with custom text, alignment, and spacing — handy for a report title or page numbering.
Finally, choose Merge Sheets to One PDF for a single document or Separate PDFs (ZIP Archive) for one file per sheet, then download. You don't need Excel or any Office software installed, there's no watermark, and there's no signup.
A quick honest note: the tool renders your cells, text, and basic formatting as they appear — formula results are shown, not live formulas — so the PDF is a faithful printout of the sheet, not an editable spreadsheet.
