Rearrange PDF Pages

Drag it into the drop zone or click Select PDF File. Every page appears as a thumbnail.

Click and hold a thumbnail and drop it where you want; a marker shows the drop position.

Multi-select pages (Ctrl/Cmd or tap), then Move to Start, Move to End, Reverse All, or Delete Selected — or type a range command like "5-8 to 1" and click Go.

Click Download Modified PDF to save the reordered file.

Upload the PDF, then drag the page thumbnails into the order you want — a marker shows where each page will drop. When the sequence looks right, click Download Modified PDF. The new order becomes the order in the saved file, and everything runs in your browser.

Select the pages you want to remove (click them, or Ctrl/Cmd-click several), then click Delete Selected. Those pages are dropped from the document you download. Your original file isn't touched, so if you remove the wrong page you can simply reload and start again.

Click Reverse All in the toolbar. Every page flips to the opposite order in one step — the quickest fix for a document that was scanned back-to-front. Check the thumbnails afterward, then download.

It moves a block of pages to a new position in one action. For example, "5-8 to 1" takes pages five through eight and moves them to the start. Type the command and click Go — it's faster than dragging a group of pages one at a time.

Yes. Hold Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) and click multiple thumbnails — or tap several on a touch screen — to select them together. Then use Move to Start, Move to End, Delete Selected, or drag the group to a new spot.

No. Rearranging moves the existing pages around without re-rendering or re-compressing them, so text stays selectable and images keep their resolution. The pages are identical to the original — only their order (and any you delete) changes.

No. The tool builds a new, reordered PDF for you to download; your original file stays exactly as it was on your device. It's worth keeping that original until you've confirmed the new order is correct.

No. The reordering happens entirely in your browser, so the PDF never leaves your device or reaches a server. That matters for contracts, reports, and scanned records. Closing the tab clears the file from memory.
