About This Tool

The Randomly.online Sign PDF tool allows you to electronically sign documents quickly and securely directly within your web browser. Unlike other services, we process your files 100% client-side. This means your sensitive contracts, agreements, and forms never leave your device. Before signing, you might want to crop your PDF to focus on the content. Whether you need to draw your signature, type it in a stylized font, or upload an image, our tool handles it all. If your document is currently in an image format, you can convert it using our JPG to PDF converter before signing.

  1. Upload PDF: Drag and drop your file into the upload area. Need to combine files first? Use the Extract Text tool to verify content or merge them.
  2. Create Signature: Use the right-hand panel to Draw, Type, or Upload. If you are uploading a scanned signature, you might want to use the Image Cropper first.
  3. Place Signature: Drag the preview box onto the PDF or click to place. You can also add a header or footer for professional branding.
  4. Adjust & Resize: Position your signature perfectly.
  5. Download: Click the green "Download Signed PDF" button. To archive it, you can also convert the PDF to Grayscale or turn the final signed document into an image with PDF to JPG.
