Yes. Click "Add Logo Watermark" and upload your logo — a transparent PNG or an SVG works best, so it blends over the photo without a solid box around it. Once it's placed, you can resize it, rotate it, lower its opacity, and position it anywhere, just like a text watermark. You can even combine a logo and text.

Select your text or logo layer and turn on "Tiled Pattern Mode" in the properties panel. It clones the watermark diagonally across the entire image. Tiling gives the strongest protection because the mark covers the whole photo, making it far harder to crop or edit out than a single corner watermark.
