Randomly.online is a live product rather than a portfolio piece: over 400 hand-built browser tools that run entirely on the visitor's own device, so no file is ever uploaded to a server. In production since November 2025. Every page of it is hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Your site gets the same treatment. One engineer writes the code, sends the quote and answers your email, so there is no agency layer, no account manager and nothing handed to a subcontractor.

One of these is already live. animetype.space runs accounts, profiles and feeds, with an Android app published on Google Play.
Every project is quoted against its actual requirements. A twenty-page store does not stay a $399 job because the brief opened at five pages, and you find that out in the quote rather than in an invoice.
Maintenance is optional and separate: $39 per month covers hosting and domain management, weekly backups, uptime monitoring and up to one hour of content edits. Cancel any time. The site keeps working whether you take it or not.

Tracking goes in when you ask for it and is configured for what the project needs. Nothing is added by default.

Laid out for a phone and then widened, rather than a desktop layout squeezed down until it fits.
Architecture that fits
The stack is picked per project. A brochure site does not need a database, and a booking system does not belong in a static page.

I review the scope
Pages, functionality, integrations and timeline, worked out against what you actually described rather than a template.
You receive a fixed quote
One number, with the scope and the delivery date written next to it. Usually within two working days.
50% advance
Invoiced in USD, payable by bank transfer or card. Development starts once it clears.
Build and review
You get a private staging link and can watch the site take shape before anything is public.
Revisions
Two rounds are included. New functionality is quoted separately instead of being absorbed quietly into the timeline.
Final payment
The remaining balance is due before handover and launch.
Launch
I deploy it, then hand over the source files, the logins and short written documentation for anything you will need to edit.
Ownership
Your infrastructure stays in your name
For anything going into production, the accounts are opened in your name at the start rather than transferred to you at the end. That covers:

I work inside those accounts as a collaborator, and my access can be removed the day the project ends. That is deliberate. Handover becomes a permissions change rather than a migration, and nothing on your site depends on an account I control.

Privacy-first browser tools
This site. Over 400 browser tools across PDF, image, text, developer, converter, calculator and date-and-time categories, live since November 2025. Everything runs client-side, so a document a visitor opens never leaves their machine. It is the reference for the speed and privacy standard I build to.

Nothing leaves the device
A file opened in any tool here stays in the tab. Across 256 pages there is no upload code at all: no
FormData, noXMLHttpRequest, nothing that could send it. -
It runs on the visitor's CPU
Merging, compressing and converting all happen in the browser, in plain JavaScript. No framework in the way, and no round trip to a server for the work itself.

No backend to pay for
The whole site is static files behind a CDN: no database, no API server, no per-user bill. A page costs the same to serve on its busiest day as on its quietest.

Web and Android, on Supabase and Firebase, with a full legal and safety policy suite and GDPR consent handling for UK and EU visitors. Designed, built and shipped solo. Frequently asked questions
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Work is delivered remotely and invoiced in USD. Enquiries so far come from the UK, US, Australia and Singapore time zones, and all correspondence is in English.
How much do I pay upfront?
Half the quoted total to begin, and the balance before the site goes live. Nothing is charged before you have a written quote listing the pages, the features and the delivery date.
Can you build a custom web application?
Yes. Applications with sign-in, a database, dashboards, payments or third-party APIs start at $1,499 and are quoted against the actual requirements rather than sold as a package.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The source files are yours, and the domain, hosting, database and payment accounts are registered in your name from the start rather than moved across at the end. Nothing stops working if you stop paying me.
Can I request features later?
Yes. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately once the original build is finished, which keeps a late addition from delaying the launch of everything else.
Do you provide maintenance?
Optional maintenance runs at $39 per month and covers hosting and domain management, weekly backups, uptime monitoring and up to one hour of content edits. Cancel any time. It is a convenience rather than a requirement, and the site keeps running without it.
How long does development take?
A landing page takes 3 to 5 days and a 10 to 15 page site takes 7 to 10 days, counted from the day your content and the deposit both arrive. Stores and applications run longer. The quote names the date.
